FAN7317 Description
The FAN7317 is a LCD backlight inverter drive IC that controls P-N full-bridge topology by using the new proprietary phase-shift method. The FAN7317 provides a low-cost solution and reduces external ponents by integrating full wave rectifiers for open-lamp protection and regulation. The operating voltage range of the FAN7317 is wide, so an external regulator isn’t necessary to supply the voltage to the IC.
